Shipping is calculated based on weight. For a bulk order of over 20kg please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Australia & New Zealand
National orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday with Sendle. Parcels generally take 2-4 days to arrive, depending on your location. 4-6 working days to NZ.

You will automatically receive tracking notifications by email.

All parcels must be signed for, if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the courier driver will be unable to complete the delivery. This means that they will need to redeliver the parcel, or drop it off at a local collection point.

International
International order are shipped next day. Parcels take 4-15 working days. Remote areas may take a few days longer.

We ship to all countries internationally. If your country does not appear upon checkout, please contact us on hello@wearewaltz.com. Please note that you will be responsible for any charges or taxes to ship into your country.

Returns Policy
Waltz offer a refund or exchange for products that are faulty or were wrongly described online. You must notify us of faulty or wrongly described goods within 7 days of receipt, and we will authorise the return shipping at our expense.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

We can not grant a refund or exchange where an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or is not in original condition, is used, damaged or there are parts missing, for reasons not due to our error.

Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be arranged once goods have been received and reviewed by us. Cost of shipping returns will be at your expense, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
